Dane Hartman

Formulation Chemist, Flooring Systems

Dane Hartman serves as a formulation chemist for ICP Construction’s flooring division. He is responsible for supporting the technical director in formulating new products as well as improving existing product lines.

Prior to joining Arizona Polymer Flooring (APF), Dane served as an R&D chemist and formulator with an international manufacturer of waterproofing products and systems. He assisted with the development of epoxy and polyaspartic flooring systems, led the development of polyurethane cement polymer concrete system, co-developed a UV-cured system for VCT systems, and developed a primer for epoxy and calcium aluminate self-leveling underlayment. ICP Group’s construction division acquired APF in 2018.

Dane earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Old Dominion University in Virginia.

In his spare time, Dane builds computers, plays guitar and listens to death metal music. He has also served as an assistant scoutmaster for a Boy Scouts of America troop in Virginia Beach.
